Processing Dialog​

  • From "A/R Reports menu", locate the option "Activity Summary Report".

Upon selection of the "Activity Summary Report" option, the following panel will be displayed:

Activity Summary Report Setup Choices

  • On the above screen, select the - Start and End dates - that will comprise the date range of the data desired on the Activity Summary Report.  The date range will show the activity within and including those dates.

The user may choose to run statements for all customers, one customer or a series of customers.

  • To run statements for all customers, select "*FIRST" on the - Starting Customer - line and "*LAST" on the - Ending Customer - line.
  • To run one customer statement, type in the customer number on the starting and ending customer lines.

The Activity Summary Report may also be broken down by building or a multiple of buildings by selecting the desired parameters at the bottom of the screen.
